At the end of last week, my phone requested to do an OTA update. Since I'd heard that the S3 mini is meant to be getting KitKat, I let in run.
The only change I can see is new apps such as Google Drive and Google music etc. The Android version is still on 4.1.2.
Now annoyingly, I can no longer re-order my apps properly on the app screen. If I got to the App screen and select "edit" and then long press I can move the icon around the page but I can no longer move it to another page!
