Help S3 mini WIFI problem

Hi all,

i've been using this phone since feb 2013. i've never had problems with my WIFI. just now i want to connect to WIFI but it shows 'turning on' but it wont turned on. its been like that for 5 hours.

refer to photos, you can see the differences at the turned off button in gray color between the WIFI and bluetooth.

Please help me.. thank you so muchhh...

thanks for your advice. Of course,, I did it, restart and factory reset. but my wifi didn't work.
