S3 need help asap

Hey i have a S3 and have just done something to it (i dont no what) i really need this fixed. This is what i remember doing: i went onto settings, then device. Something came up and it was a box which slide one way to put it on your phone. it will now not let me scroll up, down or side to side! Please help me
