Help S3 pics

my S3 will not let me view any pictures or videos anymore when they are texted to me. I am on AT&T. the text will work but it looks like it will not download anything else.
thanks for any help!
 
MMS messages are handled in two parts. A text part via SMS and the multimedia portion which must arrive over a data network. If you have data disabled, then only the text part will show up.

from what I can find it appears I have data enabled. is there another spot I can look for it. fyi- my phone did do a software update last night. but a few days prior the pics from iphones would not open.

Hello and welcome to the forums . now I have at&t I have had that problem . way to fix it is so simple . turn on your WiFi data . this will help speed up the picture formats and will help the video to download quickly . if u not unlimited you may want to keep WiFi on when your near one
