Help S3 problems....

Two days back I was clicking pics in a hall and inside the temperature wasn't very high... must be around 25 degree Celsius... just after clicking 5-6 pics the phone started giving an error " Flash turning off , temperature too high" .
Is there anyone else facing the same issue ? What is the solution to this ? Also my S3 lags a lot while exiting any application , while opening the keypad and pressing the home button.
Third issue it is giving is that the applications (eg. facebook) they keep crashing , it says "unfortunately <app> has stopped working.
Can someone please help me with the following issues ?

damn thats the first time i have ever heard of an issue like that. Which version of android are u running? Is it the international s3 or usa variant?

Android version is 4.1.2...
The international variant...

I googled the flash issue...found nothing I hope I'm not the only one getting this error...and there is a solution to this.

I see you are from India-Bombay... I'm from Jaipur...you might be aware of the temperature Jaipur tends to have in June-July...my worry is its just March..what will happen in coming months when temperature reaches 50 :|
And this is the first time ever I saw this issue on mobile... 3-4 of my friends have the same handset and none of them have faced this.

Ive never had an android give me a high temperature warning n ive had phones at over 55

@OP try a factory reset and see if it helps otherwise u might have to send the phone back to sammy might be a hardware issue.
