s3 sd card

Hi. Restarted my hp n saw that almost all my photos are corrupted. Tried the sd card on other applications n still the same. The pic/thumbnail shows a pic of a avatar with a crack. Could a kind soul explain to me y it happened, what it is n what I should do? Thanks

you could take your card and place it in a SDCARD reader hooked up to your computer and run this at command line:

chkdsk x: /f/r
replace x with the actual drive letter.

May not be corrupt pictures but a corrupt file system see if the above command fixes it. If not then your best bet is to stick the card back into the phone and format it. take a picture and see if it comes out corrupt if so you may just have a bad card.
