Help s3 sent random text "I'm driving"

[gigajoules]

I was driving and picked up a phone call, and immediately after I hung up, my phone sent out a text - By Itself -to the same caller saying " I'm driving". I didn't catch this until a few hours later but I'm kinda creeped out by it. I most definitely didn't send the mesaage, nor was it something I tried to send recently and was just held in the cache. I just got the phone a week ago. Is there something I don't know about this phone that makes it do thiS?

I think theres pre made messages that you can choose to send if someone rings and youre busy. Thats probably one of them and youve hit it by mistake
