Help S3 Will not conect to Computer

I have 2 S3's, my wife's and mine. Both phones settings are identical. When my wife's phone is plugged in to the computer the phone says media is connected and it is quickly recognized by Keis. all is good. When i connect my phone nothing happens. The phone charges and that is it.

So far, i have tried 3 different cables and all usb ports, everything worked with her phone and not mine. I have uninstalled kies and the drivers, restarted and re-installed, still hers works and not mine.

Any solutions? Ideas?

In my opinion you should return the faulty one and get replacement.
