Help s3 wont start up

hello, my problem is that my phone is stuck in bootloop. everytime i try to turn it on the samsung logo pops up and it turns of. and i cant even enter recovery mode

Hi. Can you keep the battery out for at least 5minutes so it doesn't trigger instant boot.
Then put in the battery, hold in HOME and VOLUME UP and while holding them, hold in POWER button and the Samsung screen should pop up but keep holding until you see the recovery menu.
From there you could start by pushing volume down to "clear cache partition" and press HOME to select it. then use volume and home to navigate up to 'reboot " and try that.
If that fails (give a good 10minutes for the phone to boot but if. It doesn't..
Go back to square one but select" wipe data factory reset " then reboot.
If that fails, don't worry the phone isn't dead, it just needs a windows PC to revive it and we can fix that together

Hey funky how are you doing . I can't understand that either. They ask for our help and can't stop in to say thanks for the help or nothing. But just think what would happen if this forum wasn't around :eek:I think they would be standing in line waiting for help. Or maybe without a phone for 2weeks while the warranty takes their time to figure out what's wrong and 3weeks to repair :eek:what 5weeks for a repair to a cell phone you use daily. Hey you come to the forums and 5hours your fixed. Thanks funky for the time you taken to help the op or to help me.:thumbup::thumbup::what:

My money says he threw it into the wall, and bashed into a 1000 pieces, before trying the fix, hence no need to come back and say thanks.

I'm embarrassed to say that I have an iphone 4 in about 150 pieces in a box that suffered the above fate whilst I was learning how to do things like jailbreak iphones.
