Help S4 Emergency Recovery Error

Kies was updating my phone and ran into an error. Now my phone is stuck in emergency mode. I am able to put it into download mode only. I am going to attempt to boot through ODIN. How do I know which firmware is the latest one I need? I have a Korean S4.

ODIN isn't detecting my device. Am I not doing something right? I'm following these instructions How to Flash Firmware using Odin for Samsung Devices - Android Tips
