S4 problem??

I have my s4 for a year now...absolutly no problems, great phone. All of a sudden this week, when i start my phone up, some of the time it keeps re-starting. In other words. it will go to Samsung screen, then Verizon, then lock screen as normal but it will keep repeating this over and over. Sometimes it stops doing that on its own and its fine. When on it works great. Tried re-starting phone, pull battery, etc... Other times it starts up as normal.....
any ideas to try...THANKS.

I hate to tell you this, but it's a known problem. I went through two S4's with this issue before I got fed up and replaced them with my current Nexus 5. If you are still in warranty, return it, because it's only going to get worse. AT&T gave me no hassle on the returns.

Thanks for info. Went to Verizon and picked up a LG G3.
