Help S4 Screen Mirroring doesn't work

I purchased an Actiontec Wireless Screenbeam Pro for mirroring my S4 to my HDTV. When I try to connect, it gets to the point where it says my S4 & Screenbeam Pro are successfully paired--my phone's display will show shortly. Then I get "Connection Failed" message on my TV & "Screen Mirroring Has Been Turned Off" message on my S4. Is there some kind of security setting I need to set? Seems like it's hitting some firewall on my S4 & shutting down.

Is anyone successfully mirroring their S4 thru an adapter/dongle? I've heard of people successfully mirroring thru a Samsung Smart TV but no dongle. I've also found other S4 users thinking it's an Android 4.3 problem. I've already done a factory reset in a phone call w/ Samsung. I know S4 Screen Mirroring will work w/ the Actiontec adapter since I saw a YouTube vid done by them successfully mirroring an S4. Unfortunately the vids were done late last year--probably on Android 4.2

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! :)
 
Not sure what's causing the problem. My first thought is compatibility error between the devices. Check with the manufacture and see if they are compatible. I use the Samsung Allshare Doggle with our Samsung 3D HDTV. Works great.
 
The website has the S4 listed as one of the devices it works with. Plus I have seen Screenbeam Pro videos successfully pairing with the S4.

Is your phone the S4? Thanks for your suggestion. :)
