iv just updated my s4 to 4.4.2 and now my phone freezes then reboots anybody got any clues to why thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to the forums . I see your having a problem with a s4 . May i ask did you do a factory reset before and after you did the update . And while it was updating did you know if wifi was interupted or a pause in data

not sure about the pausing or been interrupted but done factory reset after but still having the same problem

I would try the factory reset one more time, and if that doesn't cure it, go to your carrier's website and see if you can download a full OS for the phone and reinstall it.
If that isn't possible, a quick trip to your carrier's local store should allow them to do it for you.
