Help S4 Volume Change on Ringtone

I promise that I did search for this, but I couldn't find the thread. I know its here somewhere, but...

Anyway, on the S4 the ringtone is supposed to gradually get louder for a second or two before hitting full volume. What actually happens is it rings really soft for a second and then blasts the ringtone. Has anyone found a way, on a stock unit, to disable this "feature"? If it actually worked it would be a great feature, but, as it is, it sucks.

Anyway, sorry for the repeated question and thanks for any help you may offer.

I found an app in the google play store that deactivates it. Search for Disable Increasing.. has worked like a charm!

Just downloaded it and it works great. Thanks for the quick and helpful response. One would think that would be an option in the phone settings or that it would at least work properly.

I agree. I was the one with the orignal question you must have searched for. Glad I could pass the tip along as someone did for me!
