I have a UK sourced S7E and yes that phone is faulty because i have tried everything to fix it like disabling apps and functions, removing and changing simcards, Upgrading and changing FWS, changing chargers but nothing has worked so far. I bought this brand new seal packed through an ebay store in Australia and samsung won't fix it here. Ill have to send it back to the supplier office another state from there they will forward it to HK I GUESS. Long process but it seems like phones of that batch coming from the UK are confirmed FAULTY.I had the same issue with my S7, random restarts for no reason. Took mine back to CPW and they swapped the handset straight away, 13 days old. Luckily it's 28 days for returns or replacements in the UK.
