Help Safe Mode? after update

I updated it to 4.0.2 and now it's in safe mode and none of the apps that had synced are showing up. I'm guessing I shouldn't be worried, (about the apps anyway) but not quite sure what's going on.

Mine did the same thing. Did a battery pull and everything seems to be ok

Same here... I think I may have pushed the volume buttons when pressing the power button.

Battery Pull solved it all!
