Help Safe Mode App help Please?

I couldn't get a mobile signal earlier so turned off my Note 3 and back on again. (It's 3 months old and was bought Brand New from Scan)

When it came on it said "Safe Mode" on the bottom left side so again I turned off and on.
Now, it has come back on and all my apps that I had organised into different pages ie. music, social media, emails, blah blah blah etc are all over the place with no particular order. The have just been like they would be if you downloaded them all at once from Google Play. Took me a while to sort this into pages on my phone as I am disabled which is why I had them in order to make life easier for me, now they're back to square one. so why has it done this?

Hmm, that is really strange.

Sounds like some system error that caused the device to have a hiccup and boot into Safe Mode. Could of been a Launcher issue too.

It is very strange how it reordered all of your applications though, never heard something like that happen.
