Help Safe Mode Question

After making some Wanam XPosed changes I rebooted through the app instead of the usual way and my phone booted into Safe Mode. Rebooted the phone and started up fine but it defaulted back to TouchWiz and I had to re-enter all my passwords for apps that needed it like OneDrive, Facebook and others.

Is that normal?

That doesn't sound normal to me. I've never lost my saved passwords after rebooting from safe mode on any device.

If you don't already know what safe mode is, it boots the device with all 3rd party apps disabled. But everything should be the same when you reboot normally. But when in safe mode you would see touchwhiz as your 3rd party launcher would be disabled.

Perhaps somehow it changed touchwhiz to your default launcher in safe mode and that stuck through the reboot? Just speculating here. As for the rest, I don't have any ideas. Were the saved passwords tied to your launcher?

Yeah, makes sense to default to TouchWiz if it stops all 3rd party apps... but before fully booting i had to select Touchwiz normal or easy mode...just didn't boot straight into normal TW mode..weird. Saved passwords don't have anything to do with Nova Launcher (at least I don't think they do).
