Android Question

Hello everyone!
My phone entered safe mode without me activating it or something and I can't get out now. I already searched for answers everywhere and I tried everything out but nothing is working. I tried one method where I need to press the home, power and volume key down button and first it didn't work because my volume down key button sometime doesn't work but I cleaned the 2 Volume buttons and now it works again. So I tried the method again and I got a warning and I had to press the Volume up button to continue or Volume down button to restart. When I press volume up nothing is happening and when I press Volume down it restarts and I don't understand why my Volume up button doesn't work there because I tested if it's broken too but it's not it only doesn't work when I get that warning.

I really don't know what to do anymore I tried everything and I'm not good with this stuff I don't know anything about technology (maybe because I'm a girl haha)... Can someone help me? Please?
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Thank you!
P.S: Sorry if I have any English grammar mistakes I'm from Germany haha

Welcome to AF! Your English is just fine, by the way :).

It does kind of sound like you have a hardware problem: i.e., a stuck volume-down button/key.

Until you get that fixed, you're likely to continue to have your device enter safe-mode...

I'm guessing a software fix/reset will not likely help out in this situation.

Is there a repair shop available in your area? I would think that they'd have experience in checking and fixing something like this, without needing to touch your software.
