Root Safe Mode

This is a first for me... Had an OG Droid.

Just got off the phone with ZVW for some battery issues 4hrs and down to 30%... :confused:

Anyway they had me put the Bionic in safe mode.

Power off
Power back on
When the Eye shows up
Push both Vol up and Vol down at the same time.

Like i said just a fyi and if its already been talked about im sorry..

Did not know if it could be used to help with the DEV of roms or whatever else we need done to this thing..
 
Nothing really. she had me download an app. send a text message and email. then restart the phone.. something motorola told em to do. sorry speech to text
 
To do this, I've traditionally turned it of, then held down the buttons, then turned it on. That way the menu appears almost instantly. That's how you get to AP Fastboot Mode to FXZ restore the Bionic.
