all of them are diffrent. You just have to find out what is stable for you. I would just start at 600mhz and gradually go up and see what happens. Just make sure that the "set on boot" box is NOT checked in case you go too high cuz it will boot loop. If it freezez up or reboots then go back down.

+1, just have to find the setting your phone likes. Some OM's will handle the max, some wont go higher than 748. Mine (re my wifes now) likes 768. Even if set to high it wont harm your phone, just cause it to reboot. And like said if set on reboot is checked and its set to high it will cause a bootloop. Which in most cases like that you will have to wipe data to fix it (loosing all your shyt). But I have had phones bootloop several times n then go back to default (600). But better safe than sorry, dont set on boot til you find that sweet spot.
