Help safe to delete folder?

just removed palmary weather pro app. on looking it has left the following 4 items behind

palmary weather folder > widgets folder > icons folder > nomedia file.

is it safe to delete the initial folder with the 3 items inside?

I would say that would be fine, but if you want to be on the safe side with anything like this just rename the folder for a while and see if you get any problems.
