Root safe to remove apps

Has anyone figured out what all apps are safe to remove on this one yet? I've been backing up my phone and slowly removing some then waiting a few days to see if there any adverse effects? If no one has yet ill post up my lsit so far and keep working on it.
 
I haven't ventured too far into this but instead of uninstalling them try freezing them first... could be less traumatic if its something you cant delete.
 
Alright here's what I got so far, keep in mind I havent moved in the system apps yet just some of the more useless apps to me. Also dont know if it helps or not but im running Prime Rom 4.0 so there may be some that I had that you didnt. If you have removed some that I didn't list PM me and I'll get them put up here.

That being said if you're going to remove apps take Loota's advice and freeze the app before uninstalling it to see what happens.

ftservice (wifi sharing service)
ftmanager (wifi sharing manager)
3g hotspot
stock file manager
sprint I.D. if you have sprint of course
qik video for sprint

How did you get rid of that 3g hot spot? Smart device manager is also removable bloat.
