Safe to Remove?

Are the .zip files that I put on my MicroSD to install Sense and a new kernel safe to remove from my card? It won't "uninstall" if I delete the .zips, in other words.

--Some how, I ran out of memory. ._.

Edit:

Also, what if I "MOVE" my nandroid save to my computer? Will that disturb my restore?

No deleting zips won't harm your system as the zips were flashed and cannot be uninstalled without wiping through recovery. Also no. I move all of my NAND backups to me PC for future use.

Remember you can easily move the zips or NAND back to your sdcard through recovery and be sure that your NAND is placed back into the same folder it was on on your sdcard.

Here's the path in case you need it for future useage: sdcard/nandroid/mem=477

can you rename the nandroid backups once they are on your computer in the event that you have more than one(like diffrent roms) or will that make them unable to be restored?
