Turn the phone off (normally - long press on the power button, choose Power off, say OK). Wait for it to turn off. Turn the phone on.
Safe mode is only supposed to last during the current session. As soon as you start the phone again it's supposed to be in normal mode (unless you hold the buttons down to get to safe mode again).
