Greetings to all!
I have TWO android items amongst the many other items that overwhelm my office (-; -- a Motorola 'Devoid'.... errrr... Devour, and an Archos 5 Internet Tablet. These are two rather interesting devices that would be much more interesting if they weren't in essence tied to the Winders platform for media such as music and documents.
That's right folks -- you got it. I am a "relatively" (-; hard-core Linux person, sitting in an office with at least 10 computers connected to an internal network... and none running Windows.
Additionally, I have an olde Sun server and a DEC server [running Linux, of course] in the other room with the lonely Mac I was given long ago that lead me to getting an iShuffle and iTouch.
Right now my goal is to learn as much about my 'droids as I can. I would like to see what I can do to integrate my Android pieces into my work space much more successfully utilizing more open source tools than I currently am aware of, apparently (-; (-8 (-: as I work towards starting another new company by the beginning of the new year [which currently appears to have an iTouch application as an integral component, interestingly enough (-; (-;].
I look forward to reading your thoughts and comments on all of the many threads within this forum -- Deth...
