Help Same name but 2 different people-Wont stop linking them

I have a few people in my phone with the same first and last names and I am going nuts. I have tried to unlink them and then go back and add them one at a time but no matter what I do it goes back and F's it all up.

They both have separate facebook profiles but it always ends up just showing the same picture for both. It also combines and gives two birthdays to the same person. Who has 2 different birthdays?

Any help would be appreciated before I go find the little droid robot and beat the crap out of him.

You could purposely misspell one of the first or last names. Just a thought...not sure if it will work or not.

Funny, I was going to ask the same question!

I have a Sarah and a Sara on my phone and it added them together and I can't get it to list them separately. What gives?

I had that happen for George and St. George, so I just added George's last name and it stopped combining them. Annoying as hell. All you can do is what Jayme said or maybe try adding a middle initial or something unique. I dunno, cuz like I said, using St won't work

I have this problem with My Droid 2, and have found that if you "unlink" the contacts, this will stop. Open the combined contact, hit the menu button, and select Unlink.

I am looking for a way to Unlink ALL my contacts because I have a LOT of contacts linked, and want to prevent it in the future!!!
