Can you upload it to a file share site and post the link?
Yes, but the result is still the sameHave you tried redownloading the zip file again?
What recovery is that btw peeps?
What is the latest CWM? Mine is CWM 5.0.2.8 . What is twrp?Yeah was gonna say. Try updating Cwm or install twrp if available
You are right, I just search the image from google. Maybe my version support that, I'll check it.The image is an old version of CWM, but it might not be the same version that the OP is using. I think he just searched for the error message and found this image online.
If you have a version of CWM that supports mounting internal storage, you might try putting the zip file there instead of the sd card.

Thank you, I'll try that oneJudging from the error message it looks like either the zip file is corrupt or your SD card is. It says it can't open the file (bad) so I'd start there and see if you can get your hands on another zip file to try from another site. You could also take everything off the SD card, format it and then try it again.

I will update you if it worked.Depending on the device I think it's at nearer the 6 mark. What is the latest CWM? Mine is CWM 5.0.2.8 . What is twrp?
Its my stupidity that cause the problem. I flash the Jellyblast.I flash Kernel CM7 that cause the errors, it does not support the files that I have. So I flash the CWM again and restore my back up and it worked thanks to my friend. For now my problem is the rom that I downloaded maybe it is not compatible or not downloaded successfullyHey! Thank you so much for your help. Its my stupidity that cause the problem. I flash the Jellyblast.I flash Kernel CM7 that cause the errors, it does not support the files that I have. So I flash the CWM again and restore my back up and it worked thanks to my friend. For now my problem is the rom that I downloaded maybe it is not compatible or not downloaded successfully
Maybe the ROM is not the problem, how can I unflash the Kernel CM7?Could have been corrupted or truncated. You can prove the integrity of a ROM zip, see if you can actually unzip it on a PC and can you see files in there. Depending on where the ROM comes from, sometimes there's an MD5 hash on the download page, you can use to check the download's integrity.
Looks like the recovery has found the ROM zip(update package), but then it's aborting stating it can't open it.
Yes, I can open the file in pc. It's Samsung Galaxy Ace gt-s5830i. My pc cannot recognize my cp.Do you know why? I'm trying to flash the stock ROM to it. I'm using Odin to flash it.Is it a Samsung phone you've got? What model number? I assume it's rather old, because it's an older version of CWM and also CM7, which is Gingerbread 2.3.
CWM usually opens and extracts the ROM zip, and then it follows a script within the ROM to flash the files and put them into the right places, and whatever else it needs to do.
In the pic, it looks like CWM is aborting with the error as it's attempting to open the update package zip. Can you actually open that zip file using a PC? Where did you download the file from, as it could be what's on the website is duff.
