Hello all i have brought a Samsung i5500 and have many problems just wondered if I could get some help.
I think the problem may be all linked somehow but not sure.
i wanted to set my hotmail account to the email app but once the address and password is entered I get.
SORRY the application email (process com.android.email) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
Also if i want to do a factory reset after pushing reset phone i get
SORRY the application email process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
i have loaded Samsung kies but tell me i cannot update the phone.
any help would be greatly received
