I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from T-Mobile that is currently rooted and doesn't let me use some apps like video player and the galaxy app store. I just got a new Samsung Gear S so I need the app store which I can't access. I dont really want to unroot my phone but I think I have to. The only problem is that when I go into the download mode from power off, it does some weird thing and cycles through the start up and keeps restarting over and over until I take the battery out. I don't know any other way to unroot it or to make these apps work and I've tried everything.
And I was also stupid when using Odin to root my device because I rmemeber it said to wait until you see a green or yellow color (I forgot which one) and I saw a blue one instead and I kept going which I now regret...could that be the reason?
