Help Samsung Apps - Device Not Supported/error 3013

Hey everyone,

I posted a thread already, but figured cause it's long no one would answer... so here's the short version...

After the ICS update and a factory reset to my phone, my samsung apps thinks I'm from the netherlands. My phone was bought in Canada, and it worked up until this update. (Edit- Oh yeah, I have a galaxy s2)

I recently moved to South Korea, my phone is a gt-19100m, baseband is mug... I even changed my phone csc from VOK (I think it was...) to BSM, the canadian CSC. (Edit 2 - My phone is NOT rooted, and is LOCKED.)

Now I get error 3013 when I try to use samsung apps (which is all in netherlands) and my KIES for samsung apps says my phone is not supported...

What do I do now?
 
Try turning your CSC code back to the original as you will have a mis-match with the phones internal coding.
 
Actually I got it to work by taking my battery out, then removing the sim card, loading the phone, took battery out again, put sim card back in (which is not valid here by the way) and loaded. It worked, was in english... until i pluged it into my computer. Then it put it back to netherlands...

So, i took the battery out, while the phone was still on and tried again just now... in english.... will update inna second...
 
Ok, so now this problem... I signed in, downloaded a free game, quit samsung apps, loaded it again right away... and now it brings up the terms of service and is back to netherlands. Was not connected to the computer this time.

hmmm.... strange? Do you think I should change the CSC back to VOK... even though I think the phone was BSM, I did get it from Canadian Virgin, not UK Virgin, who uses Bell's signal from Canada.
 
Is there a way that after flashing to ICS that the phone could have changed CSC somehow after being BSM? After all, I bought my phone from a bell carrier in Canada, and BSM is Canada's CSC. However, I will try changing it back to vok. Even though I talky don't know what the CSC would have been before ics.
 
Sorry I got those codes wrong.. They were VSK and BSK? regardless, changed it back and still having same issues.

Now my google play thinks my currency is euro... It was Korean won and Canadian before that.

Also my software update after the load defaults to Nederland....
