Where is the Samsung Apps widget? I can't find it to download photo editor like I've seen in youtube tutorials. Is this an international version thing???

OK. I found samsung apps in google play. Samsung Photo editor in the Samsung App store won't download because it says not compatible with my device....

I saw someone earlier from the US saying they couldn't download from Samsung apps. Possibly some of your carriers have blocked it, I don't know for sure though.

My T-Mo version has Samsung App store loaded, and I was able to DL Samung Photo editor from there, so its definitely not a "device" issue.

I have AT&T and it was showing as not compatible also. I had to dowoad an apk for it, and it works ok now.
