Samsung centura problems

My Samsung centura every time I put the battery in it turns on and off by itself and won't stay on. I tried a new battery and it didnt do anything. And it won't stay on long enough for me to factory reset it. Help please!

It turns on and off without holding the power button? Sounds like what it could do if the power switch was stuck on. Just a guess but you could try mashing the power button a few times or mess with it as it turns on.

Then again, could be totally unrelated from the switch. Maybe a failed update.

It doesn't stay on if you plug it in either!
