Help Samsung Charge Mic not working - help

My Samsung Charge Mic stopped working, tried support chat with Samsung- got no help. I asked about the warranty of 1 year and they told me not covered. Would not connect to a suppervisor. Anyone have A contact number or email address of Dale Sohn?
Anyone have this issue? My phone is in perfect shape - well kept.

Really upset- can't believe how support was no help. Loved the phone up to now

Have you tried to get around the problem? I would suggest a blue tooth ear piece or a wired headset with a mic. If those work then it is likely the hardware of your phone that is an issue. If you still have the issue then it is likely software which you may be able to fix by flashing a new copy of the operating system on the phone.

Have you considered taking the phone apart and just looking to see if the some connections came apart? It happens and I have fixed several phones this way.

What do they mean "not covered?" That's a bunch of Hooey!! The phone is covered for a year and that's what it should be. I'd take it right up to the store!!
