You got me all wrong, brother. I'm not saying the GPS will be fixed on launch.
I'm saying you're wasting too much of your life ranting and raving about it on a forum. It's a phone. Stuff might not work on it.
It's a good thing you haven't bought it yet.
My point is, stop. Just stop. Don't buy it. People here already know the problems, spread your bull to forums other than this one so we can get a break.
This is a discussion forum, discuss or just leave. Don't ask..ahem, TELL others NOT to discuss because it's personally not what you want to hear.
I find it telling and funny.
You're the sarcastic "I'm witty" guy, going on a rant about telling others to stop being impatient (just using your own exact words here, lol). But you can't take other opinions- you can't answer other's opinions. And you think TELLING others to just go away and because you can't respond or agree, that whatever anyone who says otherwise "is bull"?
Maybe you should "wake up", stop being "impatient", "go kill small animals and abuse children if this thing doesn't work out of the box".
I love the overreaction. It's a phone. The chance that GPS on the phone will actually work in this or another life is so minimal, it's equivalent to the chance that Samsung or Sprint give a rat's patootie about the members of this forum.
Hint: it won't.
Wake up, chill out, enjoy your phone, stop whining.
Like I originally asked:
You want to address what happens if it's a hardware issue that can't be fixed with software?
You proposed everyone should wait for a software fix, so what's your answer, huh??
You want to address like I asked:
Samsung's long history of releasing defective phones and not fixing them?
Or instead of just discussing the matter- you can tell me to "go away".
THEN ask yourself why you couldn't just do this in the first place without being a drama queen.
I got you all wrong? Haha, I think I have you figured out just fine.
