Help Samsung Continuum does not ring at times

Sometimes my Samsung Continuum does not ring for incoming calls. There is not warning when it does this. It will be functioning fine and then I look down to see I have a bunch of missed calls. If I turn the phone off and back on again, it will function fine. Any idea why this happens? Notifications for texts never malfunctions? Could an app do this? Anyone else have this problem?

try updating it with *611 and press 2 and let it run... if that doesn't work check your settings it might be the ringer try a default ringer and see if that works..
