So anyway, I called Samsung Customer Service to ask if the new Note 2 I asked Santa for was on its way and they had no idea what I was talking about! And to make it even worse their line kept cutting out. While talking with this young lady who was clearly annoyed by the last customer or something, she told me that she was putting me on hold to research the issue with her supervisor. A split second after she told me this I heard her say, almost in a whisper, "more on". More on what? I need to know what there was more on!!1!!!!!!111!!1 And wouldn't you know it? Right after she said there was "more on" the line went dead.
