Help Samsung Dive problem

I've used samsung Dive to activate, "message forwarding" to a new phone number if SIM change occurs.
unfortunately i've encountered a problem:
Everytime i received a sms, the new phone number(my wife phone) received this sms as well.
I've deactivated this function in Samsung Dive but still couldn't resolve this matter.
Eventually i deleted my Samsung Dive account & hope it works but it didn't.
Please help, thank you!

I understand what you want to do but samsung dive is not the spot It is more under settings I think security and then sim lock where it ask if the sim is change to send sms message to a contact you know. Samsung dive is doing what you ask send a copy of your sms to the other number the best bet is to disable this and go through settings function on the phone. use samsung dive to locate the phone and such if it every got stolen but because of these security that have declined but very good to enable in any case.

Thks for your reply. I meant the Samsung dive didn't work as intended. Every time i received a text message from my friends, My wife phone received as well.it has become an annoyance to both of us.i was thinking if i do a factory reset might solve the issue, if no other choice.

Ok your could explain because as far as I see under samsung dive all you could do is forward sms or call to another number and it is doing this once you have it enable you need to go back into samsung dive and cancel the sms to another number and this should solve that issue however I was just suggesting the added security which I thought you were after.
