I noticed that when using my wifi hotspot on my Samsung epic...devices like Apple Iphone (any model) and laptop/netbooks pick up the hotspot just fine.
But when tryin to use my hotspot on other android phones (EVO, G2, and samsung galaxy s) It doesnt even see the wifi hotspot network.
I've tried it with my friends G2 as well. Turned on his wifi hotspot and my Samsung epic was unable to pick up his hotspot network.
So i came to a conclusion that Android phones cant pick up other android hotspots. Does anyone know why and what i can do to fix this? I plan on getting the motrola xoom and it would suck terribly if i couldnt use my EPIC hotspot with the Xoom
