Help Samsung error 1628 during uninstall

anyone come across this error (#1628) during uninstall? I'm trying to remove it because I have version 1.5.3 to install and it gives me the same error if I try to install 1.5.3 right over the old version (without removing it first).

I tried google, which usually helps, but its a no go this time. I'm running Win7 64bit.

Sorry if this is a duplicate thread, I didnt see any related threads on this forum.

in case anyone else runs into this issue, install and run "revo uninstaller". it will force uninstall any application. worked like a charm for me.
