Root samsung fascinate root

I just got my phone a few weeks ago. I do not have insurance and dropped it, busted the screen so i replaced it there for i have no warranty. I am trying to decide wether to root or not just wanted to get some opinions and if i should what is the best. Thanks

I recommend the CM7 with glitch kernel. It is just great
