Help samsung galaxy 10.1 dont charge

i bought my SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 10.1 january this year and its being doing good..but 2days ago my tab just freeze it hang up and i dont know what to do and i just leave it that way i was thinking to just flat the battery and after several hours my tablet is already low bat so charge it directly to a wall socket..then the battery icon pop up and started to charge after 3 hrs i checked it and i cant open my tab so i decided to unplug it and rest it for few minutes after that i plug it again charge it but unfortunately its not charging anymore cause there was no icon popping out (battery icon) and tried to open it also holding the button on and off for 15 secs and nothing happens..pls help me..
