Just purchased a pre-owned Chevy Traverse with Bluetooth. We have paired our Galaxy S3 and it will work when we dial using the phone. The problem is whenever we try to make a call by voice command. No matter what we say such as "call", "list", "store", etc. the Bluetooth interprets it as "Help" and goes through the entire "Help" folder. I am very close to hitting it with a sledge hammer. My husband might not like that though. Any ideas? Claudia
