Help samsung galaxy ace 2

Hi i have a samsung galaxy ace 2 and when it comes on and even when its on it as these grey lines coming down the screen and then the phone freezes please help

I would suggest doing a reset of the device. This process should help to fix any software issues that might be caused by any installed application(s).

However, if the device has any hardware problems -- this troubleshooting step might not be able to resolved the issue....and you might need to have it checked out by a technician.

Thank you for your help ill try reseting it and see if that works and if fails ill take it into the shop and have it looked over xthanks again
