Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 GT-S7272 mobile and i tried to import all my messages from my old Nokia phone to the new Samsung using Samsung Kies but it didn't transfered all the messages. Kies installed another program to do this. What should i do?

Use the other program? I'm guessing that it is Samsung's "Smart Switch", which is designed for just this purpose.

Yes is Smart Switch.

If your old phone was Windows Mobile/Phone then you're out of luck, as Smart Switch doesn't support those platforms. Some Nokia/Symbian handsets are supported though.
