Welcome to Android Forums.
I am not exactly sure what you are asking. Are you looking for a way to move individual messages to a separate folder or redirect all messages to a different folder?
You can move files (that you have permission to move) with a file manager like Astro or you can plug your phone into a PC, mount it as a storage device and move them that way.
The people in Samsung Galaxy Ace - Android Forums will have specific knowledge about your phone. It would be prudent to ask there in case there are any tricks that will make it easier.
