Hello, I'm trying to help out my Mother with her Europa that she has recently got. The sync software is Kies (nowhere near as good as the HTC software!) and does not seem very user friendly. It will sync the contacts etc. but will not allow any media sync. Does anyone have any ideas? The PC is a windows 7 64-bit machine. I have also tried it on an old 32bit vista machine as well. I hope that someone can please help?
