I love Metro, but let's be honest about the speeds. LTE is not an automatic slamdunk over HSPA+. When was the last time a Metro speed test hit 24mbs? Fuzzy back me up on this:D

Oh I can hear fuzzy prepping his speech lol :D:p on a serious note yes hspa will be faster than lte as of now but men I tell you when it gets fully unleash hspa will just be the the backbone of lte plus for me at a personal experience lte has been better just my two cents

It's just a matter of spectrum available if metro had spectrum amounts like tmobile they could easily top every other carrier in data speeds they would have 20x20MHz running with the speeds in the 100mbps+ region it's just that they had the least amount of spectrum of basically all the carriers. HSPA+ uses 2x the amount of the limited spectrum they have to reach comparable LTE speeds with the other LTE carriers. I believe Fuzzy has even said that when they get the LTE ball rolling HSPA won't be able to match the Long Term Evolution ;).

same thing happened with motion and premia set for 199 on release went to 149

(Its not wise of me to discus prices so far ahead of release date. Wont happen again to avoid confusion.)

not sure why thy are bothering to sell the gs3 again regardless if its gsm while getting ready to sell the gs4 soon. unless they are planning to sell really cheat like $300 cheap and gs4 could be oh i dont know $500 :D eh even then if they want to sell something exclusive they cant over shadow it with another product of the same line of brand. but hey what do we care just release the gs4 already damn it lol.

True Hspa+ is fast now but the downside is its as fast now as it will be later (wont get faster).vs lte (long term evolution) has the ability to expand and get even faster.
That is why all the carriers upgrade to Lte vs sticking to Hspa+ thats already faster.

If even for just 6 months of so at the least, it would be Righteous if they'd sell the GSM S3 for $300 and the S4 for the $579. Maybe even $349 for the S3.

That would pretty well sign, seal and deliver the upper middle to high end range of the line-up quite nicely.

Hey Folks,

I have a question...I am exhausted with trying to find whether or not I can root this phone. Also there seems to be a number of Samsung Exhibits that folks have reported in. Would this phone the T599N can/should be considered Exhibit 3, everything I read about the Exhibit 2 suggests that the Android version was Ginger. If anyone knows a way to safely gain superuser access without flashing a new ROM would be awesome...please help.

You guys have to stop and use ya heads a lil. these phone are brand new just been released and on top of that they were only released in a few cities. so chances of getting root are slim. and just cuz the phone shares similarities with another phone does not guarantee anything.
 
Thanks, I know that they are new..I just wanted to be certain that I havent missed anything...I can stop obsessing then.
