samsung galaxy nexus NTT docomo SC-04D

hello to all i really need your help

i have a galaxy nexus NTT docomo sc-04D , before i did what i accidentally did my phone was running android 4.1.1 and had cyanogenmod9

i opened cwm recovery v6.0.1.0 and without backup nothing i did :

Wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
wipe Dalvik cache
wipe battery stats
format / sdcart
format /cache
format /system
format / data

I sad YES to all what i listed above without backup
now my phone has stopped working on android ,when i switch on there's a black screen only with Google written in the middle and a key on the bottom of the screen

What can i do?? please can somebody help me i used my nexus only 1 day
