Samsung Galaxy note 2 crashed when charging

My n7100 would always crash when charging in power on mode, the screen turn off and no response. It can only be charged in power off mode. Is there any solution?

That is definitely not normal. My guess is that there is an issue with either the usb socket on your phone or the lead you are using. First try another lead. Check that the usb socket is free of dust etc (torch magnifying glass and small wooden toothpick) it's delicate so be careful!

Also try a different charging cable to rule out the cable ;)
 
Would it be the problem of android 4.3 ? It seems that the issue came out after the upgrading of android system ....
